Project expectations.
Payment
Smaller design services are paid in full upfront. Website projects of $1,000+ are 50% upfront and 50% before launch or transfer. Larger custom systems may use milestone payments.
Timing
Work begins after payment and all required content and access arrive. Graphics and forms: 5–7 business days; landing and booking sites: 7–14 business days; standard websites: 2–4 weeks. Advanced systems have a custom timeline.
Revisions & rush
Graphics and forms include one revision round; websites include two. Rush service, when available, adds 30%. Final approval and launch end the included revision scope.
Other terms
After 30 days of inactivity, a $150 reactivation fee may apply. No refunds once custom work begins. Clients pay ongoing software subscriptions, hosting, platform and usage charges separately from development fees, unless the contract explicitly says otherwise. Maintenance is separate unless purchased. Public-facing work may appear in the portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
